- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, acai berry and blackberries)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 Chia Seeds
Combine ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth; drink immediately.
You may replace Almond Milk with a fresh juice of your choice (orange, apple, pineapple) for a cooler summer drink. You may also add a tablespoon unsweetened soy protein powder instead of the Chia Seeds. If you are not allergic to raw egg, add one egg to the mix for brilliant and filling meal. You can add a banana to the mix.
