‘THOOB’LIGHT: If Salman was trying to hit the 200cr in the first week by adding King Khan in the movie… let me tell you it ain’t gonna cut it!!!! This completely lacklustre film is to date… and that includes Bajrangi Bhaijaan the worst mashup ever!!!
Completely bland, has no dramatic peaks or any innate tension, no shocks, no surprises, not even one moment or scene or dialogue that stays with you. Even the above mentioned sequence with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together — which should have been a show stopper — totally lacks magic (and if you have seen the movie you will know why I use this analogy). And didn’t someone tell Sallu after Tere Naam that he shouldn’t cry???? OMG his bloating nostril and face…. He has cried more in this film than he did in that one!!! Please Sallu…. Crying copious tears alone doesn’t make a good performance. His handling of the child-man is all about pulling some embarrassingly weird faces at the camera.
So many ways to talk about having faith in oneself and Kabir Khan chose the war! Salman does nothing to evoke pathos and the strong cast and crew are just wasted. So Hail the bromance here’s a movie with no romance!
The only thing good and I mean THE ONLY THING GOOD is the music, esp the song Naach Meri Jaan. It was sung well and the lyrics were good too!!
Otherwise don’t waste your time!!!
